Posada de Rosas inn welcomes you as an honored guest in a typical
home in Mendoza, capital of Argentina’s wine country.

The inn has three studios with kitchenettes and two rooms in the main house, plus a garden, a terrace with Argentine barbeque, and a swimming pool. Colorful wall hangings and cane ceilings typical of Mendoza contribute to the cozy but elegant style of the rooms, and the common areas are decorated with local art.
Location, Location, Location
The inn is on a tree-lined residential street that’s
walking distance from restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and just
about any other type of shop or service you could want. Emilio Civit Street,
with Mendoza's most impressive homes, is nearby, as are the restaurant
and shopping areas on Sarmiento and Belgrano Streets. The inn is a
10-15-minute walk from Mendoza’s famous Independence
Plaza, with its artisan fair, fountains and street musicians, and
Paseo de Sarmiento, a Euro-style pedestrian street, which is lined with
cafes and boutiques. For a stroll, a vigorous walk or jogging, it's
only a few minutes to San Martin Park, with its rose garden, lake
and trails.
The Studio Apartments
Alongside the garden and pool, a few steps from the main house, are
three studios. Each has a private bath finished in the local travertine
marble. Beds are top-line King Koil models, two meters long, and they
can be set up either as two twins or a queen. Studios have their own air
conditioning and heating systems, cable TV, WiFi, and telephone. They also
have a kitchenette with a sink and small refrigerator. Plates and utensils for a simple meal may be requested from the reception.
Rooms Inside the House
There are two rooms on the second floor of the house.
Each has its own private, tiled bath, heat and air conditioning system,
beds that are identical to those in the studios, and WiFi, cable TV
and telephone. One of these rooms has a third twin bed. Like the studios, the
rooms are decorated with typical fabric wall hangings.
