From your oasis in the city, it's a 5-minute walk to two excellent restaurants. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to the main square, Plaza Independencia. On the way you'll pass numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Just as close is San Martin Park---bigger than New York's Central Park-- with its rose garden, lake, and walking and jogging areas.

The apartments can serve as a convenient base for excursions to Mendoza’s many wineries, the snow-capped Andes Mountains and the many entertainment and cultural options in downtown Mendoza.

There are many take-out options from shops such as a pasta factory, home-cooking shop and vegetarian/health food shop nearby. There are also a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance, making cooking optional rather than a necessity.
