We have three adjoining, ground-level studio apartments located behind a residential house in central Mendoza. Apartments rent individually, but they are a perfect set-up for groups of up to six persons who are traveling together. Ask about options for groups—such as a wedding party or incentive travel group-- larger than six.
Each apartment has a private bath tiled with local travertine marble and a kitchenette that´s equipped for preparing simple meals or take-out. Furnishings include custom-made cabinets and closets, slate and tile floors, air conditioning and heat, and free wifi access inside and outside. Décor features traditional ethnic textiles, ceramics, and original paintings by co-owner Riccardo Accurso. Some areas have Mendoza's traditional cane ceilings.

Business travelers who are tired of anonymous hotels will appreciate the combination of charm, comfort and easy access to the business district. With advance notice, we can also arrange business meetings, meals or other catering on the premises.
